The K Factor was founded by Minji Hur, a Korean-Australian business development and marketing consultant with over 15 years of experience across Australia and Asia.
Minji understands the value of being the “in-between” -- between cultures, between countries, between companies, between people. Born in Korea, raised in Australia, and fluent in English and Korean (with conversational Mandarin), she is well-equipped to help Australian businesses grow in Asia without losing values (or being lost in translation).
Minji’s background spans B2B growth marketing, sales strategy, digital content production and international business consulting. She’s worked with startups, scale-ups, education providers, governments and brands from a wide range of industries.
